I don't want to lift. This website is to keep track of what you eat (and it'll evaluate it and tell you what you need) and it also has daily activities and calories burned (like I just put in washing dishes). So this way, I can make better changes. Right now I walk more when I'm on campus, I've cut a lot of the bad foods I used to eat a lot out, I'm drinking tons more water, and cooking at home. So maybe this site is better for girls who aren't obsessed with lifting and gaining muscle mass, but I thought it was cool.
