Yes, but they still advertise "unlimited" yet state in the TOS that it is not. I consider that, in a way, false advertising. They are saying 2 diffrent things. Maybe not illegal, but IMO wrong and should be corrected.
I wasn't arguing the legality, I was simply saying the reasoning behind some people renting that many movies a month.
I bet there is some sort of stipulation in the fine print of the contract. Most people don't read the fine print, though.
