comptech headers do pull close to 30 on the 6cyl engine.

the transmission is weak... but the number of people who have issues running stock is around 5% or so. You can forget about Supercharging the engine on the stock tranny. Dr. Evil does make aftermarket transmissions able to withstand 400whp+, but they cost about $4000 + install.

DC sports does not make headers for the v6 accord. The only choices are Comptech, which are CARB approves, if your state needs it...they can run up to $1000, or Megan/OBX/InsertEbayBrandHere for ~$300, but you may have issues with fitment/resonance/etc.

For intakes, it was Dyno proven that the AEM SRI produced better gains compared to the CAI. The v2 is supposed to be better, but it costs almost twice as much. i dont remember the dyno comparisons for the v2 off the top of my head at the moment. h:

There are several brands for Exhaust... Comptech/Magnaflow/Greddy/etc. But the issue with Cat-back exhausts is that they give you better high end performance at the cost of low-end torque, which the j30 engines do not have much of anyway. A better compromise would be to get Axle-Backs... which give you moderate high end, without losing too much low-end torque.

if i had 600 to blow... i'd spend it on a good aftermarket suspension.... but my timing belt change is coming up very soon so i gotta save up for that
