I was thinking of getting the fastbrakes kit, but wasn't sure about the fitment with 15" wheels. I think there was a disclaimer that there are certain wheels that it cannot fit with.

Maybe you should try upgrading to the SS lines and different hardware (new rotors and pads) to see if they offer better stopping power before investing on an entirely new setup.
