are you talking about the wishbone lower bolt? if you are...then those freeze to. lossen the nut all the way to the end of the bolt to make it flush. pound it with a hammer.....with the nut being at the end you wont risk damaging the threads. more then likely this is frozen to. you can use heat so you have to drill it out....or gt a new bsuhing. i would consider shop at trhis opint.
