thanx for the reply.... i looked at the edge when the car was running, but it looked ok.... anyways, i think it is the switch as my cooling fan keeps running after i shut off the car...

so, my question is: does anyone know where EXACTLY the switch is? the guy at Autozone said it was in the thermostat housing..... i am in the process of taking the thermostat off, but i can't seem to get the small hose( located at the back of the thermostat, away from you) off... is tht where the switch is?? and how do i get the hose off? i already tried WD40
