i know im not moved out so i have no right to post here... but i figured i'd help out a fellow HAN'er w/ the info i've learned



EDIT: make sure you take into account emergency expenses... and stuff that you wouldn't expect
I.E. DO NOT think that with 1300/mo you can afford a 1000/mo rent on ur own... 300 for food/utilities/cell fone/car/gas/school w/e u pay for is not enough lol

also find reliable roomates.. example: "Johnny that you use to smoke bowl is not a responsible roomate" trust me on this.. someone that you go to school with might be... start with your responsible friends and go from there...
