just rented a house with some friends. Easy as pie. I moved out when I was 18. I used to pay $500/m at a condo close to campus, I now pay $325/m for a house a little further out with a garage and yard and all that jazz. That is rediculously cheap for Boulder. I'll be thinking about purchasing my frist home soon. :happysad:
