you could do it yourself, it's easy. They rent the machine at home depot, it's free buy ten bags of blow insulation.... I did my friends house you just cut a whole at the top of the wall, put the hose in the wall ,hit the swicth, piece of cake..... studs shoud be 14" on center but may be 24".......
