well if it the other drivers fault than i would take the reciept in to their insurance and make them pay for it, if not find a good lawyer and get some extra cash if the other insurance is being a @itch. Or you can just do what the rest say see how much they are willing to pay for the car and if and than ask to by the car or make a deal with the insurance.
