The only thing bad about the stock B20 sleeves are that they are relatively thin. But the engine is far from crap. If you plan on running stock sleeves, then you need to be careful of what kind of turbo you plan on running (CFM), and to tune it correctly. I've seen B20's run 10psi with T3/T04e's on stock sleeves that were tuned well work perfectly fine.
I've also seen them crack at 15psi with similar setups. But that's nothing a set of Darton aftermarket sleeves won't fix. You'll need to bring it to a machine shop to get this done, but if you're doing a CRVTEC, you'll need to bring it there anyway to have the oil line tapped into the block for VTEC operation.
I still recommend the H22 swap. I like the B18C1, but if you're swapping one in from a donor car I'd be hesitant. Find me a B18C1 that hasn't had the snot beaten out of it and I'll pay you a dollar..."35,000 miles" or not
