i am afraid to tell you but go tow your vehicle home. ...this is what happened.....there is a welded nut (welded to subfram) that is on the end of the bolt. you have to cut a hole in your subframe in oreder to get to that nut that is spinning. instead of cutting a square shape or a circle....i woudl rec. cutting a v shape. pry thast part down to get access to the frozen/rusted nut. then when you finally get it all taken care of put the v shgape back flush with the subframe again. tack weld if you want but it doesnt matter.

Even still, I'm in abit of a pickle, I can't bring it to the apt to work on it. The land lord dosen't allow such work to be done on premisis. Think a dremel with a cutting wheel would cut it? I'm grasping for strawls here really, any input would be grand.
