16 yo old virgins are needy and clingy and will hold onto the moment forever and ever and ever and ever... you get the drift.. I've been there.

As they get older its just something else to cherish but they lose a lot of the clingyness. If a girl IS a virgin and she sleeps with you its either out of due desperation or she thinks your special enough to share it with you. If its #2 and you two get along well and have a good spark and a lot in common then you will have to bend over backwards for her to keep her happy and if she means that much you will work with her to keep the relationship strong and happy.

Simply put unless you plan on being with her for awhile let her keep the virginity and find someone else, if you think it can turn long term and be happy for awhile then pound it.. gently at first, then a little harder the 2nd and let her know if it hurts you'll stop and can try again later; just don't get discouraged.
