you make a design you want out of wood so say if you want one speaker tilted or someting you cut out a 1inch or so ring that you can mount your speker on and cut out wood stilts that you can hold the ring up on with the tilt and height you want then nail the ring on top the stilts and the stilts on a base board. then strech thin fabric over it and staple it down, next get some resin and fiberglass and go to town layering the fiber glass on the wood/fabric structure you just made. the when it dries sand it and paint it. not rocket science.
