There's an argument about the benefits of I/H/C/E in another thread, but I'll repeat some of my posts here.
Getting a quality I/H/C/E system will net you some decent gains. I decided to go with Comptech I/H/E since these components were designed to work together as a system, but mixing and matching quality parts should work equally well.
And to the lucky wrx owner

who keeps saying 5 whp max gain on a N/A car, you should know that high compression, small displacement 4-cylinder engines benefit the most from cold-air induction. (prob explains why integras run considerably faster times on cold days) That should be my new excuse when I lose a race.
