I bought a bypass for my o2 sensor when I pulled the dreaded P0420(I think) code. I got it on ebay for $20 and it works like a dream, kind of a hassle to install but well worth the incrase in gas mileage AND no light. Search Accord o2 bypass, or accord bypass on eBay.
