agreed. People filed a class-action lawsuit against Blockbuster Video for charging late fees (which I didn't see a problem with). But the RIAA and the MPAA get to sue the crap out of people for hundreds of thousands of dollars for stealing music and movies....talk about the punishment not fitting the crime...why not charge them a fair price for whatever they can prove was stolen?
