I didn't even know we did emission testing in Texas.......we don't here in San Antonio.

Easiest thing is to drive out of your nice neighboorhood into a poorer one and pay somebody $30 for it instead of $12.50 or $15 or whatever it is. That's what I do about my leaky exahust, missing wiper blade, missing wheel stud, non-functioning backup lights.....etc. etc.
