as most of you know, drastically reducing your food intake to lose weight doesn't work in the long term.

1) the moment your "normal" diet resumes, you will gain the weight back. diets dont work, changing your eating patterns does.

2) your metabolism slows down because your body goes into starvation mode. it will try its hardest to retain food energy.

3) you'll lose strength and became emaciated. there's a difference between "healthy" skinny and "sickly" skinny.
