If i were you, i would go for Spring Set because the Coil Over will be very very rough on the ride when you install them. Yes, they are adjustable as you can lower down or up whenever you want to but it will kill the Shock Quick. As the Spring, it will give you a smoother ride and will maintain the balance with your stock camper kit. The max you can lower on your Accord is 2.75 inches. No more than that. You can lower up to 3.25" but i thin kit will rub your tires to the fenders. I have a 01 Accord and i lowered to 3" and it was kinda rubbing the fender (barely) whenever i come up the hil and come down real fast so i replaced them with a 2.75" springs. I Think it's better for you to lower the back more than the front. About used Springs, i wouldn't recommend that cause (1st) it may not fit and you have to deal with the hassle of installing it and taken it off (2nd) it will not give you the correct suspension since it was being pressed on the other vehicle. So i would just spend another 25 bucks extra and go on Ebay find me a Brand New ones that will Fit My accord Perfectly and Brand New. Well, that's where i got mine actually and the description also tells you how many inches the spring will lower your car too. Anyways, hope that helps!
