Few things about all this VoIP stuff. Up here in Canuckleville we have things called pizza delivery and they use #'s like 310-0001 and it redirects to a local area. Now with VoIP these numbers become useless and hardless ever work and you end up needing a cell phone.

911 still has some unworked issues as well.
