if it is poly...youould use a vise...getting the old one out would be the hardest part....they dont burn away easily...or press out easily. wiht ply bushing you could just grease it in with supplied lube (suplied lube isnt greasy...more sticky if anyhting) then slide the sleeve through to lock it in place.
