You can go two routes for the "main protection."
being a block guard, or getting your engine sleeved.
Block guard = cheaper, engine sleeving = usually race spec, or high PSI.
Forged Rods & Pistons
New Piston Rings
Engine Management
Turbo accepting Intake, Header and Exhaust
Tuning, etc, etc...
There's a
LOT of things you need to do...
if you're car's stock, which i'm going to assume it is..
start a little bit smaller...
when you plan on doing stuff to a car, plan everything out.
example being, I planned on shipping my engine out to be bored/sleeved..
SO, while the engine's already out, to save any labor costs, or labor of my own, THAT is when I would be putting in the engine mounts...
etc etc..
A good place to start for most people is suspension, bring the car a little lower so it handles better, then go ahead and think about i/h/e, etc etc.
just make good use of the search button on this site, and check out
www.team-integra.net as well, cuz they have some useful info too...
best of luck, hope I was a help.
