I am gauging interest at this point because I want a new car and I am sort of burnt out on modding. I have put so much blood, sweat, and tears into this car and I would love to see it go to a good home where it will be appreciated as much as I appreciated it. Enough with the sentimental shit....

Condition and problems:
Engine
Minimal issues. Doesn't burn a drop of oil because the piston rings were replaced about 5k miles ago. Oil is changed every 2500 miles with Pennzoil conventional oil (due to the age of the motor and fear of leaking with synthetic). The motor runs very strongly with no bogging, CEL, detonation, or starting issues. The biggest issue with the motor is that it leaks a little bit of oil because the oil pan gasket is not seated correctly.
Drivetrain
Clutch was just replaced about 3k miles ago. The only issue with the drivetrain is a relatively squeaky throwout bearing. The transmission is as smooth as a baby's ass and doesn't grind at all. Fluid has been regularly changed.
Suspension, brakes, and tires
The suspension is very solid and has a very neutral feeling to it. The car handles very well, but there is plenty of improvement to be seen with a stiffer spring setup. I just prefer a smoother ride comfort over extreme handling. The brakes have a little squeak to them when cold, but it is very minimal. They have about 8k miles on them along with the rotors. It stops like you wouldn't believe. The tires have about 80-85% wear left on them, so they are relatively new as well. The ball joints in the front suspension were all replaced as well as the tie rods as recently as 4k miles ago.
Interior
The interior has a few flaws, but they are quickly overshadowed by the brand new 2001 leather seats and the spotless, shiny dash. Since the car came with cloth, the center console and door panels are still cloth. The center console cloth is pretty faded and has some crusty stuff caked into it, so it would be a good idea to have it reupholstered. The mats are clean and not very worn considering the age of the car. The passenger side carpet has a hint of a mysterious brown stain all throughout, which I assume to be soda, from the previous owner. I have done my best to steam clean it, but it will need something a little more powerful.
Exterior
The car is 10 years old, but considering that, the paint is in great condition. There are chips and dings on the doors and a few minor dents, but nothing major. There is no rust whatsoever (I live in California, you know).
Now for the pictures:
I am trying to get $9500 obo for it. If the buyer is from California and requests that I remove the modifications that will fail smog, I will be more than happy to.
