you know it's been opened in some way. It's been violated.
You can pull the trigger on the one on e-bay that is 100% MISB, and sell off your 99.95% MISB one. You'll actually make a few bucks out of the deal and get a 100% MISB TFC 00 Prime.
Makes sense to me.
