The guy accepts PayPal. If anything goes wrong file a PayPal dispute, and file a chargeback with your credit card issuer.
I'm going though his feedback, he seems legit and deals with lots of TFs. I've already spotted a NYP, TFC10, and Energon figures by the lot.
