A few days ago while trying to listen to my ipod it froze, and would not shut off. I wound up resetting it. After that it would not turn back on. I plugged it into an outlet and it still did not turn on. I took it to a apple store, and the technician did the same thing I did, and told me it is out of warranty and there's nothing I can do. Any of you had this problem? I've had the thing for year and 2 mmonths, and I don't use it much. It's a 20gb, no color ipod
