ok so my friend has a 4th gen civic hatch with a built b18a1 and turbo kit along with coilovers and kosei rims
he was rescently in an accident where it was the other drivers fault

the problem is the damage is about the same as the cars book value
and hes afraid to report it because he has close to 8grand in mods

so if the r title the car how hard is it for him to buy it back
and if the book value is 3200 what can he expect to pay for the car?
