This sounds like a reseach project. You should probably think about doing research instead of asking us to do it for you.

On that note, take a look at JD Power and Associates awards as well as Consumer Reports, two relatively unbiased sources of information.

If you're doing this at a college or university, you can go to the library and have the reference desk look up articles on a database called Euromonitor. Should be a tremendous amount of information there, especially on marketing strategy. EBSCOHost is another great research database.
