I also get money every now and then from the manager, free drinks any night if I am working or not, and the owner takes us out now and then.
Its not my only job, even though its my primary. The way I look at it I work there Thurs, Fri and Sat... and if I wasnt there making a little bit of money i'd be out on those nights spending twice as much.
Plus I enjoy the physical aspect of it
