Torque wrenches are like $12 get one.
The pressure plate is suposed to be torqued down to about 20 ft lbs if stock and 28 or so if aftermarket.
Flywheel is suposed to be around 70 ft lbs....I doubt you'll over tq the flywheel bolts.....that are pretty strong...
If they are not tight enough they can work loose......
