dude i am not going to read all of that but i have the basic idea. first of all in order to throw the b15b in there you need to wire it up for vtec and i dont think your ecu will work either. and you will need the wiring harness from the company. who did you order from sounds like they are a pain in the ass. if you put it more simply so i can read it ( at work dont have time to read all of it) i could probably help you more or do a search in the hybrid section and you should find anything you need to do that swap
