What is the recommended torque setting for alloy wheels on a '94 Honda Accord? I've been told 80 ft. lbs. but need to confirmed. By the way, can someone recommend a reliable torque wrench that isn't going to cost me $$$? I was thinking about buying one from Sears since they have it on sale.

Strange how craftsman tools are well known for their lifetime warrenty on their hand tools but not torque wrenches.
