Sounds a lot like how I felt when I had appendicitis. Wasn't a sharp pain like everyone always says but instead it felt like if I could just let out one good fart I would be happy. Also if you can't go to the bathroom (take a shit) then I would get in and have a white count done and maybe a sonogram, they caught mine 4 or so hours before it would have burst on me.
