Thats why you count how many turns it takes to remove the tie rod ends. The coupler for the steering wheel is master splined so you can only put it on one way. Just make sure you take it in for an alignment when you are done. Should only cost you 40-60 dollars depending on if you do a two wheel or four wheel alignment.
