You won't gain 20-30 hp from those mods. You might see 10 at the most if you have it dyno tuned, but nothing spectacular. The MSD ignition is completely worthless, by the way.

A turbo done correctly and not half assed and hacked together is very reliable. Even my setup, which isn't anything spectacular, is very reliable considering the age and mileage on my car.
