I'm making 433hp on a 2.0L 4g63 and a self-hacked 16g with 550cc injectors. At 1bar, a 14b flows 390 cfms. A small 16g flows 505 cfms, a polished big16g will flow 560cfms using the same TD05H compressor housing. You will be running .5 bar. The 16g's flow way more once they spool than a 14b will... but the 14b will be more efficient at lower pressures making it a whole lot more driver friendly. You will be driving a lag factory if you bolt a 16g on a 1.6L... and once it spools, .5bar on a 16g delivers a LOT more cfm than a 14b.
