I agree with you, but some times shit happens. At least he was smart enough to realize he couldn't drive, pull over in someones driveway 2 mins away from the bar, and THEN throw up.
The kids part wasnt the big deal, it was getting him home safe, along with his car. My parents had his kids in good hands.

He still drove drunk. Who cares how long it was, how successful he is or anything. He should have realized "Hey! I'm smashed, lets not drive!" Not "Dispite having so much to drink, I can drive. Oh wait, I'm all over the road, I'm going to pull over". Granted, it was good that he did pull over but he needs to be more responsible. He has a wife and kids and a successful job. Had he got caught, I'm sure his job would be gone.
