Actually, anyone who can change their own oil can do this..don't let the shops rip you off. All you need is the basic of tools & one special axle nut socket that Autozone rents them out for free. And this is only a one man job, so anyone alone is capable.

Quick Procedure Rundown:
Just loosen axle nut, jack your car up, pull off the wheel, take off that lil lower fork holding your shock & also the ball joint, remove the axle nut, pull axle out of both ends. Replace in reverse order. 30 min or less job.
