No.. Headlights and frenders are the same, the grill is part of the bumper.
For the front you need:
-Headlights
-Bumper
-Headlight supports
For the tails you need the tails and bumper, I don't think you need anything else. It should be an easy fit although one guy had a problem with it.
The 05+ Type S's also have different sideskirts (which fit on all RSXs just like a regular skirt), lip wing and rims.
