get whatever u can afford.... i had a civic when i got my first car and that thing was decently quick... after a b18B swap and custom turbo setup... *Remember Civics dont have power...so dont expect one to have a lot*

if i could have, i would have bought a 94+ integra... just a better baseline for modifications overall... atleast in my eyes...

but like i said, whatever YOU can afford... modifying cars is a headache in the long run... plus shit breaks all the time...

basically, if u can afford an integra go for it,your insurance WILL be higher... if u can only afford a civic, then go for that... in the end man you are the one driving the car and not us...
