Default Suspension Problems/Change Suggestions...

History:
2001 Ex-V6 Coupe
Springs: H&R Sport
Shocks: Tokico Blue
Front Camber Kit: Something similar to this for the 98-2002 accords (http://www.specprod.com/PROD_DIR/C_P...d2=84800&cmd3=)
Rear Camber Kit: http://www.specprod.com/PROD_DIR/C_P...d2=67090&cmd3=

Issue:

I've had this setup for a while now and a couple years ago it was just fine. A year and a half ago I was driving around on stock rims, because I didnt' have time to get new tires for my car, and just recently put my rims with new tires back on last year. At which point I also had an alignment done, and everything was set up perfectly including the camber.

After a year, I'm starting to hear clanking noises in the front sometime, where I think my arm is hitting the fender well, where it didn't before.... and the insides of my front tires are way overworn then they should be for only having had them a year, maybe less.. while the rest of the tire is actually in pretty good shape. And by inside of the tires being worn.. it isn't the usual roughly 6 inch span with negative camber ..... but a specific 1 inch ring of tire that is bald on the inside of the tire. The rest of the tire still had pretty good tread left.

Possible Causes???:

Have I been driving on under-inflated tires? I didn't think they were under-inflated.

My springs are sagging more

My shocks are having issues and not holding up? (They don't seem to be leaking).

Other issue?

Possible Solutions:

Just go get coilovers and raise the car a little?
Replace springs?
Change the front camber kit with a better one?
Get new tires and make sure they're not under-inflated.

Anyone have any ideas on what might be happening, and solutions?

Thanks!
