It helps to have a second person help hold the window glass while the other person bolts/unbolts it.

Once you have the regulator unbolted from the door and window, you have to get the regulator out of the inside of the door. It's a small hole, and requires some patience to get the regulator through.

The hardest part is getting the new regulator bolted inside the door. The motor is relatively heavy and located far away from the hole, so it's difficult to position is properly.
