Then take another nut and thread in on there like you normally would. so now you have 2 nuts that are butting up together. Then you can loosen the inside one which will lock them together and you can take the stud out. Let me find a picture for you
werd. just get a nut thats right hand thread(normal) and a nut thats left hand thread. left hand goes on first then the right hand thread.
