The original is known as "Power Master Optimus Prime" in the US.
Something like this is worth $50 - $70 depending the box condition and accessories (weapons, books, stickers, etc)
There have been so many reissues, it killed the vintage market.
the new one has "apex armor" ... which was a completely seperate figure, never seen in the US>
