yea.... it kinda sucks but greddy is the only one who makes a street legal turbo for the RSX type-S. At first I was thinking of staying legal; but u can get stickers that say Greddy and certify the legality of the turbo.... for likr 5$.
Other turbo kits are much cheaper and much better; Greddy banks off of being "Street Legal"
