the d15b2 is a bit of a sour motor. skinny rods, poor flowing head and the honda special pistons. not the most ideal motor to modify, but doable. doesnt the b2 have the dpfi instead of the mpfi setup? the motor aside, that transmission is going to be a big drag on power and reliability. honda autos are alright when in stock form, but when u start pushing more and more power to the wheels, something will break and being that both ur motor and tranny arent known to handle gobbs of power it will be one or the other, most likely the trans.
i would either sell the car or do a manual swap. if your looking for something right now that can handle plenty of power stock and have balls stock, get an old supra. like an 87 turbo version. there all over the place here in ohio under 100k and around 3k. the 7amgte (not positive) has been known to see 400 hp on stock internals. (a car which i plan on buying this summer)
if honda is ur cup of tea, ditch the auto and turbo ur d15. when it shits itself swap in something else. honda engines are getting cheaper and cheaper as people start to flock to the k-series motors like retards to a waffle house.
