I am in dire need of advice during a time of absolute crisis...

I need new tires. Quickly. h: :eek3:

205/45 R16 is the size.

They have to last 25 to 30K miles with bouts of spirited driving and they must have good wet-weather and dry-road traction. Stiff sidewalls preferred. Since the car will spend a fair bit of time on the interstates, a quieter-wearing tire would be nice... but I'll sacrifice some noise for grip and steering response.

My current shortlist includes: {UPDATED}
1) Yokohama AVID H4S
2) BFGoodrich gForce T/A KDW-2
3) Yokohama AVS ES100

I would greatly appreciate any input on the tires you've run and your endorsements / derisions/ etc. Tell me what tires have worked for you and what ones you'd avoid at all costs.

Thanks in advance. :run:
