I hope your not planning to have 450-500hp on the street....
If your look for that kind of power your going to need a semi-built motor consiting of rods, pistons, and sleeves...Head will work stock.
Turbo, either will work....expect some lag...
Plan to spend money on the tuning ...You'll need 750cc+ injectors, 255lph fuel pump, and tuning program such as hondata...
Clutch, you'll want probably a sprung 6puck (very harsh engagement) with a heavy duty pressure plate (or if you go w/act a Extreem Pressure plate)......

I'll make it eaiser...
My set-up..
B18c1
$1,000 sleeves
$850 rods/pistons
$650 Clutch flywheel
$2,500 turbo (manifold,piping,intercooler,etc)
$1,500 tuning (hondata, injectors, fuel upgrades) <---- includes base tune
Misc parts (gauges,hoses,wiring,etc)...$500

Thats what I have invested so far, I still have to weld my 3" exhaust up ($200), and the car will be ready to drive...

You also have to figure out how to get that power to the ground, stock suspension won't work, neither will street tires (500hp)....

Driving my last set-up (320hp civic) on street tires (205/40/17) was like driving on ice...traction is non-existant unless your putting around....agressive driving is out of the question....I used 225/50/15 bfg drag radials to get traction..

It's not cheap....I havent even started on the head yet, figure another $1000 or so assuming your using stock cams.....
Oh and all those prices are assuming that your doing the work yourself like I have, if you have to pay somone to do it, expect at least another $2,000 on top of that...or more...

Maybe you should start with a more realistic goal, No offense but I don't think a 500hp fwd honda is a good idea for an inexperienced driver...
Save yourself about $5,000 or so and aim for 250-300whp...Keep the motor internally stock and piece together a turbo kit....I got to low-mid 12's that way (b16a turbo)...thats plenty of power for the street IMO..
