My father was a totally open dude when it came to drugs. He had that same mentality that we have about the whole kid thing. My brother had it really easy with him. He's now 30. But my dad died when I was 13 so it's me and my mother who is very, very strict. I was able to keep my usage a secret and still am, but as soon as I turned 18 she like how do I say it correctly, let me do my own thing? Now she jokes about drugs and shit all the time with me. I wonder what it would have been like if he was still around. Probably less of a hassle on my part.
